Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli si rivolge nuovamente alla ditta spagnola per la base di Barcellona
Pienamente soddisfatti della base realizzata ad Auckland per la 36^ America’s Cup – presented by Prada, Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli ha deciso di rivolgersi nuovamente all’azienda spagnola AMG Event Services per realizzare la struttura che ospiterà il team a Barcellona (Spagna) durante la 37^ edizione di Coppa America e i relativi eventi preliminari.
Cuore operativo del team, la base è un elemento fondamentale in una Campagna di Coppa, perché deve garantire il pieno e costante svolgimento di tutte le attività previste, in ambienti confortevoli ed efficienti, studiati per rispondere alle esigenze dei vari dipartimenti.
AMG Event Services, grazie all’esperienza maturata in oltre 30 anni di lavoro, si è rivelato il fornitore ideale per assicurare una struttura in linea con le aspettative di Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli.
Realizzata “custom” per il challenger italiano da operai specializzati e formati ad hoc per questo progetto, con attrezzature preventivamente testate attraverso una prova di montaggio al simulatore, la base riutilizza parte del materiale già usato ad Auckland, con un notevole risparmio di costi e di tempo (azzerando, contemporaneamente l’impatto ambientale).
Oltre ad essere responsabile della produzione e della costruzione, AMG Event Services è anche incaricato della manutenzione e della supervisione della base di Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli a Barcellona per tutta la durata dell’evento.

Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli relies again on the Spanish company for its Barcelona base
Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli, fully satisfied with the base built in Auckland for the 36th America’s Cup – presented by PRADA, will rely once again on the Spanish company AMG Event Services to build the structure that will host the team in Barcelona (Spain) during the 37th edition of the America’s Cup and its preliminary events.
The team base is literally the heart of daily operations, and a fundamental element in an America’s Cup campaign. The structure must allow the steady and seamless execution of a full program, in comfortable and efficient environments designed to meet the needs of the various departments. Thanks to its experience in over 30 years of work, AMG Event Services has proved to be the ideal supplier to deliver a structure in line with Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli’s expectations.
‘Custom-made’ for the Italian challenger, with specialized workers trained specifically for this project, with use of equipment previously tested through an assembly trial in the simulator, the base will reuse part of the materials already used in Auckland, with a considerable saving in terms of time and cost (and a significantly reduced environmental impact).
AMG Event Services will not only be responsible for the production and construction, but will also supervise and manage the maintenance of the Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli base in Barcelona for the entire duration of the event.
